We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased directly from our website, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience should your minimalist timepiece or accessory not meet your expectations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Daniel Wellington box and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original tags and protective films are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
